Student Transport Optimizer ("STO", "the service") is provided to authorized school transportation providers, school districts, and their authorized users for the purpose of operating student transportation. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Access to the service is limited to users authorized by their organization, including administrators, dispatchers, drivers, and parents authorized to view student transportation information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding one-time passcodes, verification codes, and paired devices used to access the service.

Authorized organizations are responsible for the accuracy of transportation data they submit, including routes, stops, vehicles, driver assignments, and student transportation assignments.

Parent access is granted only through authorized linkage to approved student records. Parents agree to use the parent app solely to view information about students they are authorized to access.

Drivers agree to use the driver app in accordance with the policies of their transportation provider and applicable law, and to use only devices paired to their authorized driver account.

Users may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, access data they are not authorized to view, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen events may affect availability.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Student Transport Optimizer. Drivers and parents/guardians opt in during registration in the driver and parent mobile apps by selecting a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS messages are used for account verification, authentication, registration, security notifications, and service-related communications. No marketing or promotional SMS messages will be sent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Student Transport Optimizer and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
